WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT:
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out initial paperwork if you are unable to submit intake forms online before your arrival
- When you arrive you will be asked to sign in on an iPad located at the front desk
- Dr. Marostica will perform a thorough exam and review current and previous medical history
- Based on your individual evaluation and diagnosis, Dr. Marostica will detail out your treatment plan
- Your first visit will typically include your first treatment, which will include services listed under the “SERVICES” tab based on your personal treatement plan
- If x-rays or other testing is needed, Dr. Marostica will refer you to a diagnostic service location
- First follow up appointments are scheduled 2-3 days after initial visit
- Payment is required at the time of treatment
